Qualifikationen

• Experience in social media marketing and social advertising.
• Strong understanding of marketing and buyer psychology.
• Creative instinct for storytelling, scene structure, hook optimization, and dynamic editing.
• Experience in producing and editing video content is a big plus.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Fluent German and English skills (at least C1).

Aufgaben

• Develop top-performing ads, create content plans, generate ideas, and research & analyze ads.
• Participate in performance analysis and evaluate key KPIs for continuous optimization.
• Copywriting and script writing.
• Support post-production of our video and static ads (for social media) based on Creative Strategist briefings.
• Adapt concepts to different advertising platforms including format, hook, text length, pacing, and platform trends.
• Work closely with the Creative & Marketing Team to plan and evaluate data-driven creative tests.

It's one of the most in-demand roles in performance marketing. You're the link between creativity and data - developing ideas, researching trends, building hooks, analyzing results, and making sure our ads perform like crazy.

Your responsibilities

• Develop top-performing ads, create content plans, generate ideas, and research & analyze ads
