every® is seeking a PAID SOCIAL EXPERT to bridge creativity and data in Berlin. You’ll develop top-performing ads, craft content plans, and research trends, while ensuring campaigns deliver strong performance across social platforms.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience in social advertising, copywriting, and video editing, with German and English fluency (C1). The role offers hybrid work with a Kreuzberg office and employee perks.

• Develop top-performing ads, create content plans, generate ideas, and research & analyze ads.
• Participate in performance analysis and evaluate key KPIs for continuous optimization
• Copywriting and script writing
• Support post-production of our video and static ads (for social media) based on Creative Strategist briefings
• Adapt concepts to different advertising platforms including format, hook, text length, pacing, and platform trends
• Work closely with the Creative & Marketing Team to plan and evaluate data-driven creative tests

It’s one of the most in-demand roles in performance marketing. You’re the link between creativity and data - developing ideas, researching trends, building hooks, analyzing results, and making sure our ads perform like crazy.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop top-performing ads, create content plans, generate ideas, and research & analyze ads
• Participate in performance analysis and evaluate key KPIs for continuous optimization
• Copywriting and script writing
• Support post-production of our video and static ads (for social media) based on Creative Strategist briefings
• Adapt concepts to different advertising platforms including format, hook, text length, pacing, and platform trends
• Work closely with the Creative & Marketing Team to plan and evaluate data-driven creative tests

What You Bring

• Experience in social media marketing and social advertising
• Strong understanding of marketing and buyer psychology
• Creative instinct for storytelling, scene structure, hook optimization, and dynamic editing
• Experience in producing and editing video content is a big plus
• Strong copywriting skills
• Fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
