Job summary

g2 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to provide hands-on cost and commercial management across 3-4 live construction projects in Germany. The ideal candidate will lead cost reporting, forecasting, cash flow and final accounts, manage change control and contractor invoices, and report insights to senior stakeholders.

Fluent German is required; English is recommended.

Qualifications

• Senior Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager with live construction projects
• Post-contract commercial management and cost reporting experience
• Experience managing multiple projects, contractor valuations, change control and cash flow
• Fluent German; strong English is advantageous
• Experience in data centres, mission-critical infrastructure or complex MEP projects preferred

• Experience managing multiple projects, contractor valuations, change control and cash flow.
• Fluent German; strong English is advantageous.
• Experience in data centres, mission-critical infrastructure or complex MEP projects is preferred.
