Jobtailor seeks a seasoned leader to drive strategic and operational transformation across retail, eCommerce, omnichannel, and store operations. You will partner with client executives to define priorities, govern programs, and translate business objectives into executable plans.

You will lead eCommerce implementations, digital transformation programs, and enterprise retail improvements, managing cross-functional teams, scope, budgets, risks, and timelines.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading complex business or technology transformation programs within retail, consumer products, or related industries.
• Experience delivering at least one enterprise eCommerce platform implementation, replatforming, or migration project.
• Experience managing third-party implementation partners or systems integrators.
• Strong project and program management capabilities, including governance, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and executive communication.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with client executives and cross-functional business leaders.
• Excellent analytical, facilitation, and communication skills, including strong written and verbal communication.
• Flexibility and adaptability to lead strategic planning while supporting day-to-day program execution.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Preferred: consulting experience serving retail or consumer products clients
• Preferred: experience with Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Adobe Commerce (Magento), SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), BigCommerce, or similar platforms
