Jobtailor is seeking a design-focused E-commerce professional to own the appearance and conversion of reisenthel.com. You will design landing pages, campaign and product pages, and content modules with a mobile-first approach and strong typography.

Implement designs in Shopify and coordinate with the graphic team to create banners and campaign visuals. You will evolve the shop’s design language for DE, EN, FR and NL markets, run A/B tests, analyze results, and report to the Head of E-Commerce

• Design landing pages, campaign and product pages, category pages and content modules
• Develop mobile-first designs with a strong sense of typography, white space and visual hierarchy
• Create banners, teasers, campaign visuals and icons in coordination with the graphic team
• Evolve the shop’s design language for the DE, EN, FR and NL markets
• Implement designs in Shopify by building sections, managing content and metafields, and integrating assets
• Ensure page speed and mobile UX
• Coordinate and brief a development agency for deeper Shopify theme interventions
• Develop, set up technically, run and analyze A/B tests
• Prioritize the testing roadmap based on expected revenue impact
• Statistically correct evaluation of significance, duration and sample size
• Document learnings and roll out test winners
• Maintain a roadmap with at least one active test
• Introduce new AI workflows for image generation and editing as well as text and code assistance
• Report directly to the Head of E-Commerce and collaborate within a small team

Requirements

• Mastery of e-commerce design craft including typography, white space, visual hierarchy and mobile-first design
• Confident use of common design tools, especially Figma or equivalent
• Portfolio of e-commerce work is a required part of the application
• Independently conceive, technically set up, run and statistically correctly evaluate A/B tests
• Data-driven argumentation and prioritization based on expected revenue impact
• Productive use of AI tools for image, text and code
• Demonstrable hands-on experience with Shopify and ability to implement own designs in the shop
• Fluent German language skills
• Good English language skills
• Include an A/B test example with hypothesis, setup, result and learning in the application
• Experience with testing/CRO tools, analytics tools, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, multilingual shops or international markets is helpful but not required
• Years of professional experience are not a criterion
