We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Business Controller to join our Business Controlling team. This role will be primarily responsible for controlling tasks for our Media Sales & Partnerships business unit.

Your Tasks

• Drive planning, budgeting, and forecasting for Media Sales & Partnerships and smaller units, including scenario analysis
• Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify key revenue, cost, and profitability drivers
• Develop and manage KPIs to support efficiency and growth
• Deliver timely, insightful financial reports and dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for senior management
• Apply advanced financial modeling techniques to assess initiatives and cost strategies
• Advise business leaders on financial impacts to ensure strategic alignment
• Oversee month-end close, ensuring accuracy and compliance with controls and standards

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA a plus)
• 5–7 years of experience in Business Controlling, including planning, forecasting, and business case development
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into strategic insights
• Skilled in financial modeling, budgeting, and scenario analysis
• Proficient with Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Clear communicator with strong presentation skills for non-financial audiences
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset
