We’re looking for a sharp, technically savvy Senior Business Analyst to generate and document technical requirements for consent, privacy, and regulatory engineering needs. You’ll need to jump autonomously into various domains, creating focus and order amid conflicting priorities in a fast‑paced environment and building trust across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements gathering: Work with Business and Legal Affairs program management to understand privacy, consent, and regulatory priorities, then generate and document detailed technical requirements for implementation.
- Roadmapping: Collaborate with program management to create and maintain engineering and delivery roadmaps, ensuring alignment on value.
- Risk assessment: Identify risks associated with initiatives with program/project management.
- Process thinking: Combine critical thinking with existing processes to focus on North Star success criteria and adjust when appropriate.
- Relationship building: Engage across the organization to build and nurture trust.
Experience and Background
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 5–8+ years as a business analyst with progressive responsibility in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
- Requirements analysis: Translate ambiguous business needs into clear, actionable, and testable requirements.
- Problem solving: Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills; break down complex problems into structured, achievable steps.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, explaining technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Stakeholder management: Facilitate discussions, balance competing priorities, and build consensus across business and technical teams.
- Documentation: Create effective requirements documents, process flows, and artifacts with attention to detail.
- Autonomy: Work independently, handle multiple priorities, and adapt to changing contexts without constant direction.
- Tools: Proficiency with requirements and visualization tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, Google Sheets, Slides).
