Keylime Consultants in Germany seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to coordinate the global SuccessFactors landscape for a leading financial services client.

You will work with module owners across Recruiting, Employee Central, Learning, Compensation & Benefits and Talent, ensuring end-to-end process alignment and serving as the HR/IT bridge to shape the HR tech roadmap.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a SuccessFactors Solution Architect or similar SF role.
• Strong knowledge of multiple SF modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation and Talent).
• Experience coordinating across modules in a global environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German language skills are a strong advantage.

• Coordinate global module owners across Recruiting/Smart Recruiters, Employee Central, Learning, Compensation & Benefits and Talent modules.
• Ensure end-to-end alignment of processes and system changes across the entire SuccessFactors landscape.
• Act as the primary interface between HR and IT stakeholders.
• Assess the cross-module impact of enhancements, releases and new requirements.
• Support the continuous development and prioritisation of the HR technology roadmap.
• Provide architectural guidance and recommendations on SuccessFactors solutions and integrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain a stable, scalable and future-proof HR system landscape.

SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect – Germany

Keylime Consultants are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Solution Architect in Germany to join their client, a leading financial services organisation. In this role you will act as the central coordinator for the global SuccessFactors landscape, working closely with module owners across Recruiting (including Smart Recruiters), EC, Learning, Compensation & Benefits, and Talent. You will ensure end-to-end process and system alignment, serve as the key interface between HR and IT, and help shape the future HR technology roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global module owners across Recruiting/Smart Recruiters, Employee Central, Learning, Compensation & Benefits and Talent modules
• Ensure end-to-end alignment of processes and system changes across the entire SuccessFactors landscape
• Act as the primary interface between HR and IT stakeholders
• Assess the cross-module impact of enhancements, releases and new requirements
• Support the continuous development and prioritisation of the HR technology roadmap
• Provide architectural guidance and recommendations on SuccessFactors solutions and integrations
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain a stable, scalable and future-proof HR system landscape

Required Profile

• Proven experience as a SuccessFactors Solution Architect or similar SF role
• Strong knowledge of multiple SuccessFactors modules (ideally including Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation and Talent)
• Experience coordinating across modules and ensuring end-to-end process alignment in a global environment
• Ability to act as a bridge between HR and IT, translating business needs into technical solutions
• Experience assessing the impact of system changes, releases and enhancements
• Excellent communication skills in English; German language skills are a strong advantage
