Mobis Parts Europe N.V. in Frankfurt am Main is seeking an experienced SAP Administrator to join our European headquarters. You will provide daily support, translate business requirements into SAP solutions, and help optimize processes across FI/CO, SD, MM, WM/EWM and PP.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years' SAP experience, S/4HANA knowledge, and strong analytical and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or related field is expected; we offer a flexible time model,

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP administration, support, or consulting.
• Experience with SAP FI/CO, SD, MM, WM/EWM, PP modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Experience in automotive, finance, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
• Knowledge of SAP interfaces, EAI, or integration platforms.
• Experience with SAP authorization management and IT controls.
• Understanding of IT compliance frameworks such as SOX, ISO 27001, or NIS2.

Aufgaben

• Provide daily support and troubleshooting for SAP users and business processes.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Configure, test, and implement SAP system changes and enhancements.
• Monitor SAP system performance and coordinate issue resolution.
• Support SAP projects, upgrades, rollouts, and integrations.
• Manage change requests and ensure compliance with internal IT controls.
• Collaborate with key users and business departments to optimize processes.
• Prepare and maintain system documentation and user guides.
• Coordinate with external SAP consultants and service providers.
• Support audit, compliance, and security requirements related to SAP systems.

Your profile
