Mobis Parts Europe N.V. in Germany seeks an experienced SAP Administrator to manage daily SAP operations and drive implementations across FI/CO, SD, MM, WM/EWM, and PP modules. You will analyze requirements, coordinate with business units, and ensure compliance with internal controls.

The role emphasizes independent work, strong analytical skills, and collaboration with external consultants to deliver upgrades and integrations within an automotive/aftermarket setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business admin, CS or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP administration, support, or consulting.
• Experience with SAP modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, WM/EWM, PP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Experience in automotive, finance, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
• Knowledge of SAP interfaces, EAI, or integration platforms.
• Experience with SAP authorization management and IT controls.
• Understanding of IT compliance frameworks such as SOX, ISO 27001, or NIS2.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and troubleshooting for SAP users and business processes.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Configure, test, and implement SAP system changes and enhancements.
• Monitor SAP system performance and coordinate issue resolution.
• Support SAP projects, upgrades, rollouts, and integrations.
• Manage change requests and ensure compliance with internal IT controls.
• Collaborate with key users and business departments to optimize processes.
• Prepare and maintain system documentation and user guides.
• Coordinate with external SAP consultants and service providers.
• Support audit, compliance, and security requirements related to SAP systems.

Your profile
