Job summary

VNS is seeking a senior PMO/Project Management professional to lead governance, reporting, and cross-functional coordination across complex international IT programs. The role requires strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and a proven ability to drive programs from initiation through delivery.

Excellent English and working German are essential, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and project planning software.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in PMO, Project Management, or Program Management roles within complex international IT environments.
• Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Experience supporting governance boards, steering committees, and executive reporting.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Working proficiency in German.

• Experience supporting global transformation or modernization programs.
• Strong background in risk and issue management.
