Job summary

Hicron is seeking a Senior SAP Project Manager to lead national and international SAP projects across the DACH region. You will drive end-to-end project lifecycles, from pre-sales through planning, execution and final handover for ongoing maintenance.

You will act as a trusted advisor in project management and organizational change, guiding clients through business transformation and change processes while coordinating global teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience independently running SAP projects in the DACH region.
• At least one complex project with international scope completed.
• At least one project management certificate.
• Willingness to travel for business.

SAP Project Manager (m/f/d) is responsible for the implementation of national and international projects for Hicron customers. Responsibilities include the full project cycle - from the pre-sales stage, through planning and preparation, to monitoring the progress of implementation and final handover for ongoing maintenance.

A key role in this position is to support clients in their business transformation and change process, acting as a trusted advisor in project management and organizational change.

Responsibilities include end-to-end project management, including analysis, planning, development of solutions and schedules, coordination of resources and teams, and effective communication and presentation of results to stakeholders. In addition, the position requires oversight of progress reporting both to the client and at the Project Portfolio Management level.

Competencies we are looking for

• A minimum of 3 years of experience inindependently running SAP projects in the DACH region
• At least one successfully completed complex project with international scope
• At least one certificate in project management
• Willingness to travel for business
• Fluent communication skills in German (C2) and English (C1), both oral and written
• Ability to manage change and coordinate the work of a project team
• Ability to manage projects in an international environment
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as SAP Activate, Agile, Prince
• Presentation and negotiation skills, which are important for the course of the entire project, including at the level of the Steering Committee or Project Sponsors
• Ability to consolidate data at both a general and detailed level
• High communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and independence in decision-making
• Ability to take initiative, take responsibility and be open to working in an engaging environment
• Knowledge of project management support tools such as Jira, Confluence, Office365
