ERP Beratung in Würzburg is seeking a PMO Specialist to manage the internal project portfolio across the company, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring governance. The role is permanent and onsite (3–4 days on site).

You will oversee the global PMO expansion, train project managers, develop procedures, KPIs and reporting, and ensure projects finish on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in a PMO and/or Project Portfolio environment.
• Programme, Project and Stakeholder Management Experience.
• German Language (Business B2).

Aufgaben

• Oversee and expand the global PMO and participate in project execution.
• Create PMO procedures, guidelines, instruments, KPIs, and reporting to streamline operations.
• Ensure organised project progress, plans, dependencies and priorities are created and managed.

• Ensure regulatory affairs & compliance across the portfolio.

Requirements:

Role:

My client, a global inhouse company are looking for a specialist in the PMO area to be a key factor for managing the internal project portfolio consisting of projects across the company, the management and governance. You act as a central interface between all internal stakeholders and support the operations department in maintaining the project portfolio:

PMO:

You will oversee and expand the global PMO while actively participating in project execution, as well as being responsible for the creation of useful PMO procedures, guidelines, instruments, KPIs, and reporting that streamline operations rather than add red tape.

You will guarantee that the organised project progress, project plans, dependencies, and priorities are created, developed, and managed. You will oversee, train, and assist Project Managers in their daily tasks.

Make sure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, scope, and quality standards. Additionally, monitor risks and take proactive remedial action.

You will be responsible for the regulatory affairs & compliance. You will be in charge of making sure the project portfolio complies with all applicable regulations.

Team Management:

You organise and arrange the deployment of your team and outside partners, guaranteeing the successful completion of even challenging and complicated projects.

Quality Assurance:

You make sure that all technical documentation is accurate and comprehensive, that internal procedures are followed, and that the best quality standards are used at every stage of the project.
