Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor in Germany seeks an experienced Instructional Designer to develop curriculum and training for the Navy’s Fleet and Family Support Program workforce. You will apply ADDIE, create engaging, instructor-led and e-learning content, and deliver through LMS platforms such as Adobe Connect.

The role requires two+ years in ISD, strong writing skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while collaborating with virtual teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Instructional Design, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in instructional design and training delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Navy and military family lifestyle issues.
• In-depth understanding of Fleet and Family Support Programs and services.
• Expertise in curriculum development and/or instructional design using the ADDIE model.
• Experience creating instructor-led curriculum and on-demand e-learning products using Articulate Storyline, Lectora, or Captivate.
• Experience developing high-quality instructional materials, curriculum, instructional media, program management resources, and desk guides.
• Experience with web-based facilitation and online learning platforms such as Adobe Connect, WebEx, or Zoom hosted on a Learning Management System.
• Superior writing skills for professional, publication-quality curriculum and training products.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, strict production schedules, and aggressive deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a virtual team using web-based tools.
• High proficiency with industry-standard software, including Microsoft Office.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to successfully complete pre-employment and government background investigations, including FBI fingerprints.
• Familiarity with Articulate/Storyline eLearning software preferred.
• CPLP certification preferred.

• Develop content and maintain project schedules for desk guides, curriculum projects, digital media products, and online professional training and technical support
• Assess training needs and recommend effective learning solutions to internal and external stakeholders
• Work independently and creatively to produce high-quality results
• Perform additional duties as assigned
