• Update and refresh existing eLearning content to keep it accurate and current
• Develop instructor-led training materials, including facilitator guides, participant materials, and activities

• Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements and build content
• Apply adult-learning principles and instructional-design methodologies to course development

• Apply adult-learning principles and instructional-design methodologies to course development
• Ensure consistency in learning design across multiple programs and platforms
• Build assessments and knowledge checks
• Maintain course content and curriculum documentation
• Use available tools and technologies, including AI assistants where helpful, to work efficiently and maintain quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, SMEs, and Program Managers while balancing speed and quality

Requirements

• 2+ years designing, delivering training content
• Degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field (Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Organizational Development)
• Equivalent hands-on experience considered in lieu of a degree
• Experience with eLearning authoring and design tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia
• Experience designing and developing training across eLearning, ILT, and video modalities
• Experience creating job aids and reference materials
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Preferred: experience updating and maintaining large or evolving content libraries
• Preferred: multimedia development capabilities including video editing, graphic design, and animation
• Preferred: comfort using AI tools to support drafting, iteration, or quality checks
• Preferred: experience supporting onboarding, product knowledge, troubleshooting, or customer experience content
• Strong LXD/instructional design experience, complex technical-environment experience, excellent stakeholder skills, and interest in technology/space are particularly valued
• Experience in aerospace, satellite, engineering, defense, manufacturing, robotics, technology, or large-scale operational programs is likely relevant
• Must answer whether visa sponsorship for work in the US is required
