Jobtailor is seeking a software engineer to join a compact Agile team, supporting sprint planning, execution, and reviews while developing software solutions from requirements and end-user input. Qualifikationen

• 9 years relevant experience with Bachelor's in related field; or 7 years with Master's; or 4 years with PhD/JD in related field; or 13 years relevant experience with HS diploma
• Experience implementing Agile and Scrum development methodologies
• Proficiency in software design and development using C#, C++, Angular framework, or related technologies
• Significant database experience with PostgreSQL, SQL, or related technologies
• U.S. citizenship required
• Must possess a current or active Department of War Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one
• Security+ certification or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire
• Preferred: Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Preferred: Operational or development knowledge of military training systems
• Preferred: CompTIA Security+ CE certification or equivalent for DoD IAT Level II roles under DoD 8570 and SECNAV M-5239.2
• Preferred experience using JIRA, Confluence, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, .NET build scripts, dependency management, CI/CD pipelines, Python, Alloy, Grafana, Loki, and Prometheus

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required


• Must possess a current or active Department of War (DoW) Secret security clearance or have the ability to obtain one
