Job summary

Jobomas in Frankfurt sucht erfahrene SAP HR/HCM-Berater, die eigenverantwortlich Teilprojekte übernehmen und Payroll-Logik sowie Zeitmanagement-Regeln implementieren. Sie arbeiten eng mit externen Kunden zusammen und führen Workshops vor Ort durch.

Sie bringen mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung in SAP HR/HCM mit, verfügen über tiefe PA/PY-DE/PT-Kenntnisse, kennen HR-IT-Komponenten wie OM/PE/Employee Self-Service und idealerweise Cloud-HR (SAP SuccessFactors). Deutsch B2/C1, Englisch von Vorteil.

Qualifications

• 4+ Jahre Beratung oder hands-on Implementierungserfahrung in SAP HR/HCM-Systemen.
• Fundierte funktionale und Customizing-Kompetenz in PA, PY-DE oder PT.
• Erfahrungen mit HR-IT-Komponenten (OM, PE, E/M Self-Service) wünschenswert.
• Fließendes Deutsch (mind. B2/C1) für Workshops und Dokumentation; Englisch von Vorteil.
• Cloud HR-Erfahrung (SAP SuccessFactors, EC Payroll) oder ABAP-Debugging-Währe willkommen.

Responsibilities

• Beratung externer Unternehmenskunden zur Optimierung von SAP-HCM-Landschaften.
• Eigenständige technische Verantwortung für Arbeitspakete, benutzerdefinierte Konfigurationen und Teilprojekte.
• Entwurf, Implementierung und Pflege von Payroll-Evaluierungslogik, Lohnarten, Schemas und Arbeitszeitregeln.
• Bereitstellung technischer und fachlicher Unterstützung sowohl remote als auch vor Ort in Workshops.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide external corporate clients on optimizing and evolving their SAP HCM landscapes.
• Take independent technical ownership of work packages, custom configurations, and sub-projects.
• Design, implement, and maintain custom payroll evaluation logic, wage types, schemas, and time-tracking rules.
• Provide continuous technical and functional support both remotely and through on-site stakeholder workshops.

Candidate Profile

• 4+ years of consulting or hands-on implementation experience in SAP HR / HCM systems.
• Deep functional and customizing proficiency in at least two core areas: Personnel Administration (PA), German Payroll (PY-DE), or Time Management (PT).
• Working knowledge across related HR-IT components (OM, PE, Employee/Manager Self-Service).
• Fluent German (min. B2/C1) for client-facing workshops and documentation; English is a plus.
• Cloud HR exposure (SAP SuccessFactors, EC Payroll) or basic ABAP debugging skills are welcome advantages.
