CNT Management Consulting AG sucht einen SAP Senior/Lead Consultant Payroll (alle Geschlechter) für Hybrid-Standorte München, Hamburg, Mainz, Düsseldorf. Sie beraten Kunden in SAP HCM Projekten, implementieren SAP-Standardanpassungen und verantworten technische Teilprojekte.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Kunden, Mentoring junger Professionals und fördern Weiterbildungen. Erwartet werden mehr als 5 Jahre SAP HCM Erfahrung, Reisebereitschaft und fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Qualifikationen

• SAP HCM mit mehr als 5 Jahren Erfahrung
• Gute Beratungskompetenz und Projekterfahrung
• Bereitschaft zu Reisen und flexibel arbeiten

Aufgaben

• Beratung der Kunden in SAP HCM Projekten
• Technische Implementierung von kundenspezifischen Anpassungen
• Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von kundenspezifischen Erweiterungen
• Technische Projektverantwortung in Beratungs-Meetings
• Wissenstransfer in interne und Kundenschulungen

What your tasks are:

Advice to customers within SAP HCM projects

Technical implementation of our customer requirements in SAP standard customizing

Support in the development of customer‑specific enhancements

Technical project responsibility in consulting and in meetings

Know‑how transfer within internal and customer trainings and workshops

Active participation in the CNT - Competence Teams

Mentoring our young professionals and technical responsibility for consultants

Continuous further training of hard and soft skills

What experience you should have:

Independent, customer and solution‑oriented work

Excellent know‑how in the SAP HCM module with more than 5 years of experience

Several years of experience in project work and strong consulting expertise

High flexibility and willingness to travel

Interest in open and constructive cooperation

Business fluent in German and English
