Next Ventures invites a proven SAP leader to build and scale a new SAP business unit in Germany. You will define growth strategy, recruit top talent, win strategic customers, and assume P&L ownership, backed by an established international consultancy.

You will shape the service portfolio across SAP S/4HANA, Cloud, BTP, AI, Data & Analytics, and Digital Supply Chain, lead a high-performance team, and collaborate with executive leadership on investments and expansion plans to drive long-term

• Proven track record of generating consulting revenue and winning new business.

The Opportunity

As the Head of SAP Business Unit, you will be responsible for defining and executing the growth strategy for a new SAP practice within Germany.

This role is aimed at proven business builders who already possess strong relationships within the SAP ecosystem and have a track record of generating consulting revenue.

You will have the freedom to shape the service portfolio, recruit key talent, win strategic customers, and build a high-performing organisation.

• Demonstrable success in generating consulting revenue and winning new business.
• Existing C-level relationships across enterprise customers and/or SAP partner ecosystem.
• Experience building and managing high-performing consulting teams.
• Commercial mindset with strong P&L ownership.
• Entrepreneurial attitude with the ambition to build something substantial.
• Strong understanding of the German SAP consulting market.
• Fluent German and English.
