An experienced Director SAP is sought to take overall responsibility for the SAP consulting unit in Hamburg. The role focuses on the strategic development of the SAP portfolio, leadership of consulting teams, and the successful delivery of complex SAP transformation programs for national and international clients.

Responsibilities

• Strategic and operational responsibility for the SAP consulting practice
• Definition and continuous development of the SAP service portfolio in line with market demand and SAP roadmap developments
• Responsibility for financial performance, including budget planning, forecasting, and P&L management
• Executive-level client engagement and long-term relationship management for key accounts
• Assurance of high-quality delivery across SAP programs, including S/4HANA transformation initiatives
• Leadership, development, and retention of SAP consulting teams, including recruitment and performance management
• Support of sales activities, proposals, and contract negotiations in close cooperation with sales and alliance partners

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in SAP consulting with leadership responsibility at senior management or director level
• Proven experience in the delivery of large-scale SAP programs, preferably S/4HANA transformations
• Solid understanding of SAP architectures, business processes, and integration scenarios
• Experience in managing client relationships at executive level
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Fluency in English; German language skills are strongly preferred
