Job summary

Private-equity-backed technology group -1000 experts is seeking a Managing Consultant to build and lead its SAP IBP capability. You will define the offering, set go-to-market strategy, and lead transformation programmes across SAP IBP and SAP landscape.

• At least eight years of experience within supply-chain planning.
• Several years of hands-on SAP IBP project or programme experience.
• Deep expertise in at least two SAP IBP areas: Demand, Supply, Response or Inventory.
• Proven experience leading complex SAP transformation projects or programmes.
• Strong senior stakeholder management and C-level advisory capability.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to build and grow consulting capability.
• Fluent German and strong English language skills.

The opportunity

We are supporting an established German technology group that is investing in the development of a new SAP Supply Chain and Manufacturing division.

Following significant private-equity investment, the business is entering its next phase of growth and is now hiring a Managing Consultant to build and lead its SAP IBP capability.

This is a genuine practice-building opportunity. You will combine senior customer advisory, programme leadership, business development and team management—creating the SAP IBP proposition rather than inheriting an established structure.
