Zusammenfassung

hubside Consulting GmbH seeks an experienced SAP Lead to steer the S/4HANA transformation across multiple entities and to develop a high-performing Competence Centre. You will lead a team, align SAP strategy with business needs, and drive innovative changes across the landscape.

The role requires senior SAP expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with management and C-level stakeholders in English (German helpful). Hybrid work with mobility support is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive S/4HANA experience, FI/CO modules.
• Degree in CS, Business Informatics, or related field.
• Proven leadership of IT transformation projects.
• Strong communication with C-level stakeholders; English fluent; German beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Managing the S/4HANA transformation from SAP ECC across multiple companies and ensuring a successful cloud migration.
• Leading and developing the SAP Competence Centre, and building a motivated team embracing change and innovation.
• Developing and optimising the SAP landscape to support business growth, new markets and innovative products.
• Taking responsibility for SAP integration with upstream and downstream systems and improving interfaces and processes.
• Identifying opportunities for automation and standardisation of SAP processes using modern S/4HANA functionalities.

As SAP Lead (m/f/d) Competence Centre, you will take responsibility for strategic SAP projects, further develop a high-performing Competence Centre and combine technological innovation with the requirements of a dynamic business.

Your Tasks

• Managing the S/4HANA transformation from SAP ECC across multiple companies and ensuring a successful cloud migration
• Leading and developing the SAP Competence Centre, as well as building a motivated team with a strong willingness to embrace change and innovation
• Developing and optimising the SAP landscape to support business growth, new markets and innovative products
• Taking responsibility for the integration of SAP with relevant upstream and downstream systems, as well as the continuous improvement of interfaces and processes
• Identifying opportunities for the automation and standardisation of SAP processes and utilising modern S/4HANA functionalities

Your Profile

• Several years' experience in the SAP environment, particularly with S/4HANA and the FI/CO modules
• A successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
• Experience in the technical and managerial leadership of teams, as well as in the management of complex IT transformation projects
• Confident manner and strong communication skills when dealing with business units, management and C-level stakeholders
• A structured and entrepreneurial mindset, strong problem-solving skills and a very good command of English; German proficiency would be beneficial
