Yamaha is seeking an Order Desk Clerk (M/F/X) for its Home Audio team at the Rellingen headquarters to cover an extended absence. You will manage end-to-end order-to-cash processes for the Home Audio business partners in the assigned territory and serve as a key operational contact for dealers.

Working with ERP systems such as SAP S4/HANA and CRM tools, you will support quotations, availability checks, and delivery updates, coordinating with Logistics, Finance and Sales to ensure timely order

Qualifikationen

• Experience in sales operations or order management in international/B2B environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end order-to-cash processes.
• Good communication skills in German and English; French a plus.

• Act as a primary contact for dealers on pricing, availability and deliveries.

• Handle returns and loan orders per internal procedures.

To cover an extended absence in our Home Audio team at our headquarters in Rellingen, we are looking for a:

ORDER DESK CLERK (M/F/X) HOME AUDIO

-initially limited to 6 months-

• Manage end‑to‑end order‑to‑cash processes for Home Audio business partners in the assigned sales territory
• Process and validate customer orders, confirmations, and invoicing via ERP and digital channels
• Act as a key operational contact for dealers, providing information on pricing, availability, and deliveries
• Support the Home Audio sales team with quotations, availability overviews, and sales campaigns
• Coordinate closely with Logistics, Finance, and Sales to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Handle returns and loan orders in line with internal procedures
• Support cross‑border and special sales activities where required
• Provide team cover and contribute to a collaborative, high‑service sales operations environment

The ideal candidate:

• Has experience in sales operations, customer service, order management, or sales support, ideally in an international or B2B environment
• Has a strong understanding of order‑to‑cash processes
• Is confident working with ERP systems like SAP S4/HANA and CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus)
• Has excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
• demonstrates a proactive, service‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
• Is a good communicator and comfortable working cross‑functionally in an international team
• has fluent German and English language skills; French is a plus
