Zusammenfassung

Parts Europe GmbH is seeking a customer service professional to be the first point of contact for our B2B customers in the EMEA region. You will assist with orders, deliveries and ERP-based processing, while servicing existing dealers and helping to attract new partners in the Powersports sector.

The role demands prior experience in customer service or internal sales, with a passion for motorcycles and related gear, and fluency in English plus another EMEA language.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service, customer support, internal sales or similar.
• Good technical knowledge about products (motorcycles, ATV/UTV, bicycles).
• Fluent in English with professional level in any language used in the EMEA region.

• First point of contact for our B2B customers in the EMEA region via phone or email.
• Help customers with orders and deliveries and support them in the best way possible.
• Process orders by phone and email in our ERP system.
• Service registered dealers and help win new customers for Parts Europe.

Your responsibilities:

• You are the first point of contact via phone or e-mail for our B2B customers in the EMEA countries.

• As their competent partner, you will help them with all their questions related to orders and deliveries and support them in the best way possible.

• Your duties also include the acceptance of orders by phone and e-mail and the processing in our ERP system.

• Servicing our already registered dealers is your focus, but you also help to win new customers and interest them in a cooperation with Parts Europe.

You bring along:

• You have already gained first professional experience in the areas of customer service, customer support, internal sales or similar.

• You share our passion for motorcycles, ATV/UTV, bicycles etc. and the associated products and accessories and bring along some technical knowledge about our products.

• Besides being fluent in English, you have a professional level of any language spoken in the EMEA region (written and spoken).Preferably, you are a native speaker.

• You are open-minded, communicative and have a distinct service and customer orientation.

• Routine handling of the common MS Office programs and experience in using an ERP system roundyour profile.
