Zusammenfassung

Yamaha is expanding its finance team at the Rellingen headquarters to strengthen controlling and reporting processes. You will prepare financial reports, conduct analyses, and support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across departments.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in finance or related fields, possess strong Excel skills, and communicate effectively in an international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or a related field.
• Initial professional experience in Controlling, Finance, Accounting, or a related area is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is considered an advantage.
• Good understanding of financial reporting, closing, budgeting, forecasting, cost controlling, and controlling principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in an international and cross-functional team environment.
• Fluency in English is required; German language skills are considered an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Prepare financial reports, analyses, and management presentations for internal stakeholders and decision-making.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with subsidiaries and departments.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance indicators and identify deviations for improvement.
• Support cost controlling and profitability analysis, including logistics, advertising, R&D, and warehouse costs.
• Maintain and administer controlling master data such as internal orders, cost centers, and allocation bases.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Finance & Accounting, HR, and Service to collect and analyze data.
• Contribute to optimizing controlling processes and reporting tools.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and German GAAP where relevant.

We have approximately 800 dedicated employees working in our offices across Europe including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Scandinavia, and the UK, who operate local and international sales and marketing activities.

To enhance our finance team at our headquarters in Rellingen we are looking for a:

• Prepare financial reports, analyses, and management presentations for internal stakeholders and management decision-making
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes, including coordination with subsidiaries and departments
• Monitor and analyze financial performance indicators, identify deviations, and highlight improvement opportunities
• Support cost controlling and profitability analysis activities, including logistics, advertising, R&D, customs duties, and warehouse-related cost topics
• Maintain and administer controlling master data, including internal orders, project codes, cost centers, and allocation bases
• Collaborate with various departments to collect, validate, and analyze financial data, especially Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, and Service
• Contribute to the optimization and continuous improvement of controlling processes, reporting tools
• Support internal and external audits as required
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, financial regulations, and applicable accounting standards such as German GAAP (HGB), where relevant

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
