The company develops innovative software products and AI-driven solutions across industries such as financial services, insurance, healthcare, transportation, logistics, retail, and hospitality.

Since 2015, Sirma has been publicly traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, and in 2026 the company expanded its presence with a dual listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, strengthening its international positioning.

With more than 800 professionals and offices worldwide, Sirma combines deep technological expertise with AI innovation to help organizations transform their operations and build next-generation digital products.

Sirma.AI Platform

Sirma.AI is an advanced enterprise AI orchestration platform that enables organizations to build, deploy, and manage intelligent AI Agents, Agent Teams, and Agentic Workflows - with complete data sovereignty and flexible deployment options (SaaS, on-premise, hybrid, and air-gapped).

We are scaling fast across key sectors, including Fintech, Healthcare, Insurance, Hospitality, Logistics, Retail, and the Public Sector - and are looking for a driven, technically fluent Sales Representative to accelerate our expansion.

About the role

As a Sales Specialist (DACH), you will play a key role in expanding Sirma’s market presence by identifying new business opportunities, establishing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across the DACH region.

We are looking for a commercially driven sales professional with proven experience in the IT services, software development, or technology consulting industry. The ideal candidate combines a strong understanding of the DACH market with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Native-level proficiency in German, both written and spoken, is mandatory. Working closely with Sirma’s business development, technical, and pre-sales teams, you will manage the end-to-end B2B sales process, from prospect identification and initial engagement to solution positioning, commercial negotiations, and deal closure. You will translate customer business needs into relevant technology offerings, contributing to sustainable client relationships and the company’s regional growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across the DACH region, with a strong focus on new customer acquisition
  • Generate leads through targeted outreach, networking, market research, and proactive business development activities
  • Manage the full B2B sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, client meetings, needs assessment, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, engaging with senior business decision-makers, IT leaders, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Understand customer business objectives and technology challenges, positioning Sirma’s IT services, software development capabilities, and AI-driven solutions accordingly
  • Collaborate with internal technical, delivery, and pre-sales teams to develop tailored proposals and commercially viable solutions
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, ensuring effective CRM documentation, opportunity management, activity tracking, and revenue forecasting
  • Monitor market developments, competitor activity, and customer requirements to identify opportunities for business growth and market expansion
  • Contribute to sales planning, revenue targets, and the continuous expansion of Sirma’s customer portfolio and market presence across the DACH region.
Role's requirements
  • 3 years of professional experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within an IT services company, software development organization, or technology consulting firm
  • Demonstrated experience selling IT services, custom software development, technology consulting, or other technology-related solutions to business customers
  • Fluency in German, both written and spoken, is mandatory
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Professional experience working with clients or developing business opportunities in the DACH region
  • Strong prospecting, lead generation, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to understand customer business needs and communicate the commercial value of technical solutions effectively
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on revenue generation, customer acquisition, and achieving sales objectives
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
