A leading medical solutions provider is seeking a Sales Representative for their Smart Care solutions. The role involves promoting innovative healthcare products to hospitals and maintaining strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, implementing sales strategies, and navigating complex sales cycles. Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma, 5+ years of experience, and strong negotiation skills. This position offers a salary of $105,000 plus commission and extensive health benefits.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Stryker’s Smart Care solutions to hospitals and healthcare providers. This includes products like the Smartbadge, a hands-free, wearable device, and the Sync Badge—two of the most innovative tools for clinical communication and workflow. You will also be selling the care.ai platform solution. Smart Care’s mission is to simplify and improve the lives of healthcare professionals, patients, and families, while helping hospitals enhance quality of care, operational efficiency, and the overall healthcare experience. Beyond healthcare, Smart Care’s solutions are also used in aged care facilities, veterinary hospitals, luxury hotels, retail stores, schools, power plants, libraries, and more. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, address inquiries, negotiate pricing, and manage orders. By staying informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes, you’ll effectively position Smart Care’s products in the market.

Salary: $105,000 base and eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses + benefits.
