TASKING is seeking a Salesforce Consultant to bridge business needs with platform capabilities across Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ and Account Engagement (Pardot). You will lead discovery, refine requirements, and manage advanced configurations with a focus on CPQ and product setup, while overseeing administration and lightweight Apex/LWC enhancements.

• Lead requirements gathering workshops and discovery sessions with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Serve as the primary liaison with external vendors, implementation partners, and AppExchange providers.
• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce CPQ configurations: Product setup (Bundles, Options, Features), Price Books, Pricing Rules, Product Rules, Summary Variables, and Discount Schedules.
• Deliver advanced declarative configurations across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Flows, validation rules, custom objects/fields, security model, page layouts).
• Perform light programmatic customizations when declarative tools reach limits (reading/tweaking basic Apex triggers, classes, SOQL queries).
• Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Manage end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination, release management, and user enablement/training.
• Drive continuous platform improvements, data integrity, and best-practice system administration.
• Communicate clearly and confidently in English with both technical teams and business leadership.

Are you a Salesforce Consultant who excels at bridging business needs with platform capabilities? We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant with strong administrative skills, core CPQ expertise, and basic programmatic development experience to join our team and optimize our CRM ecosystem across Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ and Account Engagement (Pardot).

Your Role

As our Salesforce Consultant, you will act as a trusted liaison between internal business stakeholders, external vendors/partners. You will drive discovery, elicit and refine business requirements, manage advanced configurations (with a heavy focus on Salesforce CPQ and product setup), oversee day-to-day administration, Flow setup and support lightweight custom Apex/LWC enhancements.

What You'll Do

• Lead requirements gathering workshops and discovery sessions with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Consultant, Business Analyst, or Senior Administrator.
• Strong, proven expertise in Salesforce CPQ: end-to-end product setup, bundle configuration, pricing waterfall, and quote generation.
• Strong declarative expertise across Salesforce core platform (advanced Flows, security model, sharing rules, reports & dashboards).
• Foundational/light programmatic skills: ability to read, debug, and make minor updates to Apex code, test classes, and SOQL queries.
• Demonstrated track record of working directly with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, and collaborating with external vendors.
• Solid experience in requirements documentation, Jira ticket management, and agile delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with deployment tools: Git-based version control basics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Account Engagement (Pardot) — lead scoring, forms, automation rules, and CRM sync configuration.
• Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, CPQ Specialist, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Platform Developer I.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, GitHub Actions) and third-party AppExchange integrations.
• Basic understanding of REST/SOAP API integrations.
