Dormont Manufacturing Co in Germany is seeking a motivated CRM & Data Operations Analyst to support the ongoing evolution of our CRM, data, and operational processes. This role pairs Salesforce experience with broader data operations, automation, AI-assisted workflows, and reporting, working with Revenue Operations, Product and BI teams.

You will improve data quality, automate manual tasks, and ensure our CRM remains a trusted source of truth for the business.

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years of experience in Salesforce, CRM or Revenue/Data Operations.
• Certified Salesforce Platform Administrator.
• Experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards, Flow Builder, and data management tools.
• Experience using spreadsheets and data analysis tools.
• Exposure to automation platforms such as Zapier or Make.
• Interest in AI, process automation, and operational efficiency.

Aufgaben

• Administer and maintain CRM platforms – including Salesforce configuration, user permissions, fields, page layouts, validation rules, automations and dashboards.
• Monitor data quality across systems, onboarding new data sources and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement to ensure Salesforce remains a trusted source of truth across the organisation.
• Build and maintain operational reports, dashboards and KPI tracking frameworks, providing data analysis, performance insights and actionable recommendations to relevant stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Identify and implement opportunities to replace manual processes with scalable automation and AI-assisted solutions, evaluating and testing new tools in collaboration with Revenue Operations, Product and Business Intelligence teams to improve operational efficiency and data quality.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product and BI teams to understand business requirements, document existing processes and translate challenges into practical CRM and data solutions that improve efficiency, scalability and reporting capability.

We are looking for a motivated and analytically minded CRM & Data Operations Analyst to support the ongoing evolution of our CRM, data, and operational processes.

This role is ideal for someone with some Salesforce experience who wants to broaden their skills beyond platform administration and gain exposure to data operations, automation, AI-assisted workflows, reporting, and business process improvement.

Working closely with Revenue Operations, Product, Business Intelligence, and other stakeholders, you will help improve data quality, automate manual processes, support AI-driven initiatives, and ensure our CRM ecosystem remains a trusted source of truth for the business.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain CRM platforms — including Salesforce configuration, user permissions, fields, page layouts, validation rules, automations and dashboards — ensuring platform stability, governance standards and best practices are upheld across the business.

Requirements
