What are you going to do?

As Sales Manager at CowManager, you take responsibility for expanding the German market presence through proactive customer acquisition and partner network development. You represent innovative monitoring technology directly to dairy farmers, demonstrating how these solutions address critical challenges in modern dairy management.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential customers in the dairy farming sector
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations at agricultural operations
  • Develop existing customer relationships through targeted cross and upselling
  • Establish strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders including veterinarians, consultants and cooperatives
  • Document all sales activities comprehensively in Salesforce CRM
  • Monitor market developments and relay customer feedback to sales management
  • Collaborate closely with both the German team and international headquarters

  • Fluency in both German and English, spoken and written
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Willingness to travel throughout Germany and valid class B driving license
  • Proficiency with digital tools and presentation technologies
