Anglian Home Improvements is recruiting a Sales Manager to lead a team of self-employed executives and drive growth with hybrid working and strong training support.

You will recruit, train and coach sales professionals, manage leads, and present finance options in line with FCA regulations. A driver with a UK licence and own car is required, with OTE potential and career progression across the network.

Qualifikationen

• Proven successful experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager who has consistently exceeded targets.
• Experience within Home Improvements or similar industries.
• Experience recruiting self-employed sales professionals.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Driver with full UK licence and own car.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a targeted sales environment.
• Experience with remote meetings/sales appointments preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of self-employed Sales Executives.
• Recruit self-employed Sales Representatives to complement the team.
• Provide training, coaching, and development to the sales team to meet standards.
• Encourage the team to generate leads through approved methods and manage internal leads.
• Ensure Finance presentations are delivered in line with FCA regulations and company policies.
• Work with Regional Sales Manager to hit targets and optimize pricing and margins.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports.

What you'll be doing

• Leading, managing and motivating a team of self-employed Sales Executives, you’ll be proud of them and confident in developing your team using your existing and growing sales abilities.
• Driving recruitment activity of self-employed Sales Representatives to complement your existing team, and recruitment of Marketing Agents and Area Marketing Leaders to your set targets.
• Providing appropriate training, coaching and development of your self-employed sales team to Company standards and policies.
• Encouraging the Sales Team to generate their own leads through approved methods whilst managing leads from internal sources.
• Ensuring that the Sales Team present the approved Finance presentation, in accordance with FCA regulations, and our internal policies and procedures to every potential customer.
• Working closely with the Regional Sales Manager to deliver on the business plan, ensuring sales targets are achieved in accordance with product specifications, pricing structures and profit margins, maximising the conversion of all leads to achieve set targets.
• Preparing and presenting regular sales reports.

What we’re looking for

• Proven successful experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager who has consistently exceeded targets in sales and marketing.
• Ideally experienced within Home Improvements (or similar!),
• Experience of recruiting self-employed Sales Professionals.
• Highly motivated, with the natural ability to motivate & guide people to achieve targets.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines in a targeted sales environment.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Experience of remote meetings/sales appointments, although not essential.
• Proactive and results-driven approach.
• Flexible towards varied workloads and working hours.
• Ability to provide a consistently high level of customer service.
• Committed to continuous personal development through internal resources and own initiatives.
• A driver with a full UK driving licence and your own car.
