Zusammenfassung

ZeKju is seeking a seasoned Sales Engineer in Munich to translate complex logistics needs into scalable, technology-driven solutions. You will work closely with Sales, Integration and Product to design architectures, run technical workshops, and guide customers from discovery to onboarding.

You’ll own customer workflows, influence product enhancements, and help shape proposals and demos. A hybrid, Munich-based role with AI-powered optimization mindset.

You’re the person we bring in when a customer’s logistics setup doesn’t fit our standard playbook. You dive into processes, TMS and logistic environments most teams can’t touch and build out an approach. You’ll work across Sales, Integration and Product, lean on automation wherever it saves you grunt work.

Tasks

• Analyze complex customer logistics processes and define ZeKju's optimal solution and implementation strategy.
• Support strategic prospects throughout the sales journey — from Discovery and Solution Design to Onboarding.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable product and integration concepts in close collaboration with Product and Engineering.
• Lead technical workshops with customers, partners and IT teams to align on architecture, processes and implementation.
• Design and document customer workflows, integration concepts and solution blueprints that can be reused across projects.
• Specify product enhancements for non-standard customer requirements and take ownership of selected product areas.
• Act as the technical counterpart to Sales, helping shape proposals, demos, proof of concepts and customer presentations.
• Coordinate customers, IT vendors and internal teams around a single implementation plan and ensure successful execution.
• Identify opportunities to standardize implementations and continuously improve internal processes and best practices.
• Leverage AI and automation to accelerate analysis, documentation, solution design and implementation planning.

Requirements

• Several years in process management, IT consulting, product ownership, or similar ideally in supply chain/logistics.
• Strong analytical skills - top-down thinker, doesn’t miss details or drown in them.
• Good understanding of technical setups (REST API, SFTP, EDI etc.). Familiarity with logistic processes and/or systems are a plus.
• Comfortable running multi-stakeholder projects across customers, vendors and internal teams.
• German and English strong/ fluent. Other languages are considered a plus.
• Bonus: warehouse/yard process knowledge, MINT/WIING education, background from a fast-growth tech company.
