Zusammenfassung

ZeKju GmbH in Munich is seeking a data analytics professional to run and scale our data lake, power lead generation, and build data-driven reporting on product and company performance.

You will own and extend our RevOps stack (AWS QuickSight, Athena, n8n, Brevo, Lemlist) and translate business asks into technical specs, working closely with founders in a hybrid Munich office. Fluent German and English required.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years in data analytics, business analytics, revenue operations, growth or a related field.
• Strong hands-on analytical skills (SQL required, advanced Excel, BI tools).
• German and English strong/ fluent. Other languages are considered a plus.

Aufgaben

• Run and scale the ZeKju data lake and power the lead generation systems.
• Design, build and run data-driven reporting on product and company performance.
• Build and own automation tasks, initiatives via n8n.
• Own and extend our RevOps stack: AWS QuickSight, AWS Athena, Brevo, Lemlist, n8n etc.
• Define and execute data-driven, AI-supported approach to prospect customer identification and lead generation.
• Drive architecture decisions for Data Analytics & Revenue Operations.

You’re the person who runs the data and automation backbone behind ZeKju’s growth. From the data lake to the reporting layer to the pipelines that feed our lead generation.

Tasks

• Run and scale the ZeKju data lake and power the lead generation systems.
• Design, build and run data-driven reporting on product and company performance.
• Build and own automation tasks, initiatives via n8n.
• Own and manage revenue operations processes and tools.
• Own and extend our stack: AWS QuickSight, AWS Athena, Brevo, Lemlist, n8n etc.
• Define and execute data-driven, AI-supported approach to prospect customer identification and lead generation.
• Drive architecture decisions for Data Analytics & Revenue Operations.

Requirements

• 2–5 years in data analytics, business analytics, revenue operations, growth or a related field.
• Strong hands‑on analytical skills (SQL required, advanced Excel, BI tools).
• Comfortable translating between business asks and technical specs in both directions.
• German and English strong/ fluent. Other languages are considered a plus.
• Bonus: hands‑on experience with AWS QuickSight/Athena, Brevo or n8n; CRM or data-driven sales ops background; MINT education or product owner/IT consulting background.
