Zusammenfassung

Zeekr Europe is seeking a Delivery Advisor to own the end-to-end vehicle delivery process for assigned customers in a fast-paced automotive environment. You will coordinate delivery activities with internal teams and external partners, use CRM and operational systems to track deliveries, and ensure vehicles are prepared and documented to high standards.

Fluent German and good English are required, and you will interact with customers as the main point of contact throughout the delivery journey,

The role

As a Delivery Advisor, you are responsible for the final step in the customer journey: the structured and professional delivery of vehicles to our customers. You ensure that deliveries are executed on time, according to defined standards, and with a clear focus on quality, reliability and process adherence.

You work closely with sales, service, logistics and external service partners and use digital systems to manage, track and document deliveries. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in automotive logistics or delivery‑to‑customer environments who remain composed and professional in fast‑paced, time‑critical situations.
