• Prospecting & Pipeline Building: Build and manage a pipeline using signal-based approach, research accounts, and work a modern stack.
• Cold Calling & Qualification: Make daily outbound calls, run structured discovery, and handle objections with developed frameworks.
• Partnering Across the Business: Hand off qualified meetings and collaborate with Marketing and Solutions Consulting.

Growth:

• Craft & Career Growth: Participate in weekly call reviews and role-plays, and progress along a defined SDR career ladder with clear expectations and comp growth.

Compensation:

• This role has an OTE of $65,000, with a base wage of $24.04/hour ($50,000 annualized). It is a fixed SDR1-level package.
