Katapult, a fast-growing FinTech in Berlin, is seeking a Business Development Representative to expand the DACH market. You will proactively identify and engage prospective customers, qualify prospects, and collaborate with the sales team to build a healthy pipeline.

Ideal candidate speaks German at native level and English, is ambitious and results-driven, with strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset. Some sales or BD experience is a plus, and a passion for finance is valued.

My client is a fast-growing FinTech scale-up based in Berlin. As one of the market leaders in spend management, they have grown by more than 250% over the past two years and are now looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative to help expand their presence across the DACH market.

What you'll do:

• Proactively identify and engage prospective customers to grow the client portfolio.
• Qualify inbound and outbound prospects, understand their challenges, and introduce finance solutions that add real value.
• Become an expert in solving finance and spend management challenges.
• Work closely with the sales team to generate new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline.
