Overview

HR Intern in the Fashion and Textile Industry – Join the Marina Rinaldi Store in Berlin-KaDeWe as Sales Assistant.

The Sales Assistant is responsible for sharing the methodology and DNA of the company to clients in order to drive sales, grow the base and sustain the brand.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and help customers, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
• Demonstrate brand and product knowledge, based on the training program provided, and stay up to date with the luxury environment and competitors.
• Actively deliver the brand's selling ceremony, maximizing sales opportunities to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
• Visual Merchandising Operations in the shop
• Actively builds client confidence by creating an engaging interactive experience
• Gain new clients, meet conversion goals and continue to service existing clients

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Retail Sales
• Passion for fashion
• Customer-oriented approach
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Fluent in English and German
