Job summary

Max Mara Baden-Baden is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our luxury store team. You will welcome customers, share the brand DNA and deliver an exceptional in-store experience while supporting sales goals.

The ideal candidate has a passion for fashion, fluent English and German, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and at least 10 years in retail sales. You will demonstrate product knowledge and maintain brand standards through the selling ceremony and visual merchandising.
