Max Mara Fashion Group invites you to join the MaxMara Düsseldorf store as a Sales Assistant. You will share the brand DNA with clients to drive sales, grow the client base and uphold the luxury in-store experience.

Your role covers welcoming customers, demonstrating product knowledge, delivering the brand selling ceremony, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Strong English and German skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Passion for fashion and luxury retail.
• Customer-oriented approach with a professional demeanor.
• 10+ years in Retail Sales or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and help customers, delivering an outstanding in-store experience.
• Demonstrate brand and product knowledge based on training and luxury standards.
• Proactively execute the selling ceremony to maximise store sales and KPIs.
• Support Visual Merchandising and in-store presentation.

Would you like to join our MaxMara Düsseldorf Store as Sales Assistant?

The Sales Assistant is responsible for sharing the methodology and DNA of the company to clients in order to drive sales, grow the base and sustain the brand.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Welcome and help customers, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
• Demonstrate brand and product knowledge, based upon the training program provided, as well as keeping up to date with the luxury environment and competitors.
• Proactively deliver the brand's selling ceremony, maximizing sales opportunities in order to achieve store sales target and KPIs.
• Visual Merchandising Operations in the shop
• Actively builds client confidence by creating an engaging interactive experience
• Gain new clients, meeting conversion goals and continues to service existing clients
