Job summary

Max Mara Fashion Group in Munich is seeking a Sales Assistant for MAX&Co. Munich Oberpollinger. You will share the company's DNA with clients to drive sales, grow the customer base and sustain the brand.

Responsibilities include welcoming customers, showcasing brand knowledge, delivering the selling ceremony to maximise sales, visual merchandising, and building client relationships. Fluency in English and German is required.

Would you like to join our MAX&Co. Munich Oberpollinger Store as Sales Assistant?

The Sales Assistant is responsible for sharing the methodology and DNA of the company to clients in order to drive sales, grow the base and sustain the brand.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Welcome and help customers, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
• Demonstrate brand and product knowledge, based upon the training program provided, as well as keeping up to date with the luxury environment and competitors.
• Proactively deliver the brand's selling ceremony, maximizing sales opportunities in order to achieve store sales target and KPIs.
• Visual Merchandising Operations in the shop
• Actively builds client confidence by creating an engaging interactive experience
• Gain new clients, meeting conversion goals and continues to service existing clients
