Max Mara Berlin is seeking a Sales Assistant to convey the brand DNA to clients and drive sales in a luxury environment. The role focuses on delivering a premium in-store experience and building a loyal customer base.

You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, and contribute to visual merchandising while ensuring a high standard of service and client engagement across languages.

The Sales Assistant is responsible for sharing the methodology and DNA of the company to clients in order to drive sales, grow the base and sustain the brand.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Welcome and help customers, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
• Demonstrate brand and product knowledge, based upon the training program provided, as well as keeping up to date with the luxury environment and competitors.
• Proactively deliver the brand's selling ceremony, maximizing sales opportunities in order to achieve store sales target and KPIs.
• Visual Merchandising Operations in the shop
• Actively builds client confidence by creating an engaging interactive experience
• Gain new clients, meeting conversion goals and continues to service existing clients
