A leading global food and beverage company is seeking a Safety Health & Environmental Specialist in Düsseldorf, Germany. The role involves coordinating safety, health, and environmental programs while ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and strong interpersonal and decision-making skills. The Facility SH&E Specialist will coordinate and execute safety, health, and environmental programs. The position interacts with employees to ensure a culture of safety where each employee is accountable and responsible for Safety, Health, and Environmental conditions and behaviors. They ensure compliance with regulations and company policies, routinely interacting with employees on the manufacturing floor. As well as completing and maintaining a variety of assessments to identify hazards and collaborate with the onsite team to create an action plan to eliminate identified hazards.
In addition to overall input to facility safety, health and environmental initiatives, strategies, programs and procedures, responsibilities include hands on counsel, supervision, assessment, and implementation of:
