Responsibilities:
  • 1. Sales & Merchandising (40%): * Actively sell and merchandise products to customers, ensuring optimal placement on shelves, displays, and end-caps. * Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within each store. * Educate customers on product features and benefits. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

    2. Product Handling & Logistics (20%): * Efficiently unload and reload product for delivery to stores. * Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper product handling. * Assist with warehouse duties as needed.

    3. Route Management & Delivery (20%): * Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to service assigned stores and other locations. * Ensure safe and timely delivery of products. * Maintain a clean and well-maintained company vehicle.

    4. Communication & Reporting (10%): * Maintain open and consistent communication with management regarding sales performance, customer feedback, and any route-related issues. * Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and other required documentation.

    5. Administrative Duties (7%): * Complete all required paperwork, including invoices, delivery receipts, and expense reports. * Conduct regular vehicle inspections and perform minor maintenance as needed.

    6. Other Duties as Assigned (3%): * Participate in company training and meetings. * Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
