Zusammenfassung

Tintschl Technik GmbH in Hamburg, Germany, is looking for a Supply Chain/Logistics professional to support material availability, kit production for retrofits, and on-time delivery of components for Airbus projects. You will negotiate with SATAIR and the Supplier Management Organisation, plan work orders, coordinate with the Kit Factory, and input data for pre-planning reviews.

German and English business fluency, SAP/R3 expertise, and knowledge of aviation documentation are required; Airbus

Qualifikationen

• Technical or business degree (minimum Bachelor’s) in industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain/Logisitcs.
• At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Supplier Management, Process Improvement, Supply Chain/Logisitcs.
• At least 1 year of Contract management experience.
• Fluent in German and English (business level).
• SAP/R3 – at least advanced user knowledge
• Google Workspace
• Lean Management – at least basic knowledge
• Knowledge in the field of civil aviation (CA) documentation – at least basic knowledge
• Airbus experience is an advantage

Aufgaben

• Participation in negotiations regarding material availability with SATAIR and SOOP and supplier availability with Procurement (PMR).
• Input for the production of the Kit Factory for all retrofits involving kits.
• Execution of all requirements arising from customer orders or pre-planning for kits.
• Determination of material requirements based on Data Engineering input.
• Follow-up and monitoring of each retrofit to ensure on-time and quality-compliant delivery.
• Processing of customer orders to control downstream activities for kits.
• Coordination with Supply Officer and Planning Dept. regarding OTD for all required materials.
• Planning of production orders and work orders and coordination of priorities with Kit Factory.
• Preparation of inputs for pre-planning reviews and revision of the inventory strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

• Participation in negotiations regarding material availability with SATAIR (standard HW (hardware)) / SOOP (Supply Management Organisation) and supplier availability with Procurement (PMR), as well as questioning/challenging these where necessary (Supply Chain Industrialisation).
• Input for the production of the Kit Factory for all retrofits involving kits (customer complaints).
• Execution of all requirements arising from customer orders or according to the pre-planning process for kits.
• Determination of material requirements based on Data Engineering input, taking into account logistical rules: inventory targets, volumes, supply chain capacities, sales.
• Follow-up and monitoring of each retrofit to ensure the on-time and quality-compliant delivery of kits according to customer requirements.
• Processing of customer orders to control downstream activities for kits.
• Coordination with the Supply Officer and the Planning Department (Kit Factory) regarding OTD (On-Time Delivery) for all required sub-component materials.
• Planning of production orders (work order management) and work orders (including rework orders) and coordination of work order priorities with the Kit Factory.
• Preparation of inputs for pre-planning reviews and, where necessary, revision of the inventory strategy.

Qualifications:

• Technical or business degree (minimum Bachelor’s) in industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain/Logistic
• At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Supplier Management, Process Improvement, Supply Chain/Logisitcs.
