Zusammenfassung

Tintschl Technik GmbH sucht Sie als Procurement Controlling (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung von Planungen, Controlling und Berichterstattung im Beschaffungsbereich. Sie arbeiten eng mit Programm- und Beschaffungsteams zusammen, um Transparenz und Kostenkontrolle sicherzustellen.

Sie bringen mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Finance/Controlling, SAP- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse mit und beherrschen Deutsch fließend sowie Englisch auf gutem Niveau.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar.
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Finance/Controlling.
• Kenntnisse in SAP sowie MS Office sind erforderlich.
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse sind Pflicht.

Aufgaben

• Planungskreisläufe (Arbeitsbelastung, Kostenstellen, Headcount, Budget, Capex) sicherstellen.
• Controlling und Reporting zu Lieferantenkosten, Programmausschnitten, Stunden, Headcount, Kostenstellen- und Capex-Reports.
• Datenkonsolidierung und -aufbereitung für Beschaffungsbereiche zur Optimierung von Kapazitäten und Kosten.
• Estimate at Completion (EAC) kalkulieren und Transparenz zu Status und Kosten der Projekte sicherstellen.
• Unterstützung des Programm- und Beschaffungsmanagements sowie anderer Abteilungen.

For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS we are looking for you as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GmbH to join our team as Procurement Controlling (m/f/d)

The main tasks and responsibilities:

• Ensure the Planning cycles in respect of Workload, Cost Center Planning, Head Count Recommendations, Budget and Capex
• Ensure the Controlling and Reporting in respect of Supplier Cost, Program Progress, Hours, Head Count, Cost Center Cost, P&L of the Cost Center and Capex according the operational Targets
• Consolidation, integration and preparation of all planning and controlling relevant data for Procurement areas, to have optimized capacity, program/project costs (travels, material, subcontracting)
• Calculation of the Estimate at Completion (EAC) including Controlling activities and ensuring the necessary transparence for the Status and the Costs of the Projects
• Support of the program management and procurement as well as other departments

Requirements:

• Education: degree in Economics, Business administration or similar matters
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Finance/Controlling
• Ms Office and SAP: professional Knowledge
• Fluent German and English are mandatory
