Tintschl Technik GmbH is seeking a Ground Control Station System Engineer to join its aerospace team. The role focuses on requirements engineering, supplier coordination, and cross-functional collaboration across safety, certification, and RAMT disciplines. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's in a relevant field, 3+ years in aerospace/PM, and strong experience with DOORS, Cameo, and Simulink.

English fluency is essential; German a plus. NATO security clearances may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of proven experience in the Aerospace field and Project Management activities.
• Strong knowledge of Systems Engineering Standards (ARP 4754a, INCOSE) and System/Software development in Military Aviation.
• Proficiency in DOORS and Cameo, alongside experience with Simulink; SCADE and ICDMS are a plus.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
• Eligible to work on military or NATO projects with necessary security clearances.

For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS we are looking for you as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GmbH to join our team as Ground Control Station System Engineer (d/f/m).

The main tasks and responsibilities:

• Requirement Engineering: Define subsystem requirements and monitor their implementation throughout the lifecycle.
• Supplier & Partner Management: Coordinate with suppliers and partner companies to ensure technical compliance and harmonize overall GCS performance, physical budgets, and design criteria.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Contribute to transversal engineering disciplines including Safety, Certification, and RAMT.
• Technical Integration & IV: Manage the overall equipment list, support Integration & Verification (IV) activities, and provide technical assessments for the program line.
• Customer Interface: Maintain direct contact with the customer to refine operational expectations and technical requirements.
• Education: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in the Aerospace field and Project Management activities.
• Industry Standards: Strong knowledge of Systems Engineering Standards (e.g., ARP 4754a, INCOSE) and System/Software development in Military Aviation.
