For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS we are looking for a versatile and experienced Industrialization & Process Performance Engineer (m/f/d) as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GmbH to join our team.

In this hybrid role, you will bridge the gap between initial production planning and shop-floor execution. You will design efficient industrialization concepts, manage master data, and lead multi-functional teams to optimize line efficiency, standard line balancing (SLB), and process performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Production & Industrialization Planning: Create and adjust production plans for new products and series production based on 2D/3D designs. Define and implement industrialization processes.
• Line Balancing & Sequencing: Lead Multi-Functional Teams (MFT) to create, validate, and balance station processes (PERT/SLB). Optimize resource planning to secure delivery within takt times.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor and improve manufacturing efficiency (CVAT). Maximize value creation along the critical path by reducing "white space" and "red space".
• Configuration & Data Management: Maintain part master records in SAP. Verify alignment between "as-designed" and "as-built" states across SAP, PLM, and eCAIR.
• Change Management: Review and incorporate changes to drawings, manufacturing specifications, and kitting instructions. Manage program schedule changes.
• Estimation & Reporting: Calculate quotes by submitting planning data in hours.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in Process Planning, Industrial Engineering, and Process Improvement.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SAP (PR3), CATIA V5, and MS Office.
• Domain Knowledge: Solid and deep understanding of assembly processes is strictly required.
• Methodologies: Strong expertise in Standard Line Balancing (SLB), PERT, and project management.
• Soft Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively.
• Languages: Business-fluent in both German and English (mandatory).
• Assets: Experience in time management, workplace ergonomics, and an affinity for AI tools.
