Zusammenfassung

Tintschl Technik GmbH sucht eine erfahrene Fach- oder Führungsposition im technischen Umfeld in Bayern. Sie steuern Projekte, bringen Change Management, Controlling und Wirtschaftskompetenz ein und arbeiten eng mit AIRBUS zusammen.

Sie besitzen mindestens 4 Jahre Projekterfahrung, sprechen Deutsch und Englisch sicher und profitieren von einer unbefristeten Festanstellung, attraktiven Boni sowie Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.

Qualifikationen

• Technischer oder wirtschaftlicher Abschluss (mindestens Bachelor).
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in Change Management, Controlling, Design‑Engineering, Engineering, Entwicklung, Finanzen, IT/Informationssysteme, Lieferantenmanagement und Projektleitung.
• Mindestens 4 Jahre Projekterfahrung.
• Fließend Deutsch und Englisch (Business Level).

Aufgaben

• Überwachung und Steuerung von Aktivitäten in allen Bereichen hinsichtlich Termine, Kosten und Risiken unter Berücksichtigung des Projektfortschritts (civil und military).
• Leitung des Entwicklungsprojektlebenszyklus: Umfang, Änderungsmanagement, Arbeitspakete und Abschluss.
• Mitarbeit an finanziellen Prozessen wie Sales & Operational Plan, Forecasting und Cost to/at Completion.
• Verantwortung für den technischen Beitrag zum Enterprise Risk Management und Engineering Resource Management.

For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS we are looking for you as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GmbH!

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee and control activities across all areas regarding schedules, costs, and risks, considering project progress (civil and military).
• Manage the development project lifecycle: scope, change management, work package management, and closure.
• Participate in financial processes such as Sales & Operational Plan, forecasting, and cost to/at completion.
• Responsible for the engineering contribution to Enterprise Risk Management and Engineering Resource Management.

Qualifications:

• Technical or business degree (minimum Bachelor’s).
• At least 3 years of experience in change management, controlling, design engineering, engineering, development, finance, IT/information systems, supplier management, and project leadership.
• At least 4 years of project management experience.
• Fluent in German and English (business level).
