Job summary

Orbital Critical Systems in Germany (CAF Group) seeks a Manager Performance & Ressource to join on-site teams, supporting strategic projects with Airbus in Germany.

You will track KPI, analyze data, drive improvements, plan resources, and prepare management reports. Fluent English and German are mandatory; extensive relocation support is offered. This is a permanent German contract and on-site role in Hamburg.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or related field.
• Hands-on experience in C controlling / Economics / Python / SQL / Google Workspace.
• B2/C1 English level mandatory.
• B1/B2 German level mandatory.
• Citizenship of a European country required.

Responsibilities

• Track business performance through KPI monitoring and reporting.
• Support decision-making with data analysis and root cause identification.
• Drive improvement projects to achieve performance targets.
• Present performance results and suggest process enhancements.
• Provide performance insights and recommendations to management.
• Implement the integrated performance management process.
