Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in HR management and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR support: advising managers on personnel planning, recruitment and talent development.
• Employee relations: conducting interviews and following up with staff.
• Change management: supporting organizational changes and personnel measures.
• Job evaluation: managing job valuations and coordinating with works council.
• HR projects: contributing to HR process improvement projects.
• Employment law: advising on labor law and data protection.
• HR reporting: preparing HR KPIs and reporting to management.

What you will do

• Strategic HR Support: asesoramiento a managers en planificación de personal, reclutamiento y desarrollo del talento.

• Employee Relations: realización de entrevistas y seguimiento de empleados.

• Change Management: apoyo a cambios organizativos e implementación de medidas de personal.

• Job Evaluation: gestión de valoraciones de puestos y coordinación con el comité de empresa.

• HR Projects: participación en proyectos de mejora de procesos HR.

• Employment Law: asesoramiento en legislación laboral y protección de datos.

• HR Reporting: elaboración de KPIs de RRHH y recomendaciones para dirección.
